A multi-sensory immersive film experience that brought climate risk to life for FTSE boardroom leaders, turning dense actuarial research into a story that moved a room.
Climate change is no longer a distant data point on a report; the reality is happening right outside the boardroom window. To drive this urgency home for business leaders just ahead of London Climate Action Week, Chapter Zero hosted a unique, high-stakes event inside the massive, immersive screens of London’s FRAMELESS gallery.
The brief was clear: don't just intellectulise the climate crisis for these FTSE 350 chairs and directors. Make them feel it.

Music Composition
This project was built on the conviction that creativity, art, and immersive experience can do what reports cannot. To make the music feel deeply rooted in our world, the foundation was built out of found recordings and raw field elements. By blending these organic soundscapes with traditional instrumentation and subtle electronic textures, we've created a sonic palette that evokes a sense of human familiarity while leaning into a cutting-edge future that resonates across generations.

Sound Design
The sound design served as the vital connective tissue, anchoring visual pacing into an immersive space. Field recordings and organic nature sounds were treated as dynamic soundscapes rather than passive background layers.
In place of traditional narration, we engineered an "inner monologue" concept. Key textual words and phrases were transformed into sonically manipulated, abstract voice textures. To build this authentic human fabric, we recorded voiceovers from members of both the Chapter Zero team and our own creative crew. This provided a rich, organic diversity of voices that float eloquently through the soundscape, mirroring the collective human effort required to face the climate crisis.

'Inner Monologues'. selected words and phrases and transforming them into sonically manipulated, abstract sound effects.
